Hours Of Operation

We advise our clients to turn off power to any exterior outlets, light fixtures, or other electrically powered features via their property breaker box, especially those without exterior covers in the areas where the job will be taking place. Also please ensure all pets are indoors and all windows and doors are properly closed during our service.

Client Responsibilities On The Day Of Service:

1. Clear the work areas of any items, vehicles, doormats, or fragile materials, etc.
2. Make sure water spigot is on and accessible.
3. Keep all pets and children indoors during the appointment.
4. Maintain all windows & doors shut during the appointment.

Terms Of Payment:

Payment is due upon completion of work, unless other arrangements have been made in the service agreement. If a credit or debit card is used for payment a 3% processing fee will apply. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds a $25.00 fee will be charged.
